Take part in establishing and implementing quality assurance and compliance processes for IT and other internal IT service quality control standards, policies, and procedures.
Develop new standards for production and design, with improvements as needed, and create testing protocols for implementation across all service lines.
Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing products to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables.
Participate in the design of email, call, chat, and various transaction monitoring formats and quality standards.
Monitor formats more on the testing team.
Provide constructive feedback to other team members and is ready to receive feedback for his/her personal development.
Use quality monitoring data management test-related management system to compile and track performance at team and individual levels.
Perform other duties as assigned
Currently enrolled and must be a graduating student of BS in Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent course
Must be able to render internship from Monday to Friday, preferably without ongoing classes.
Own laptop is required.
In-depth knowledge of one or more end-to-end systems lifecycle development methodologies
Good understanding of software development methodology and how QA functions within it.
Knowledge in identifying automatable items and develop
Experience testing in web applications, mobile apps, and APIs (Postman)
Passionate about working well and surpassing standards of excellence.
Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Has excellent problem-solving skills.
Experience is macOS , but not required.
